TRANSFERENCE AND TRANSLITERATION

Transference is the process of transferring an SL word to a TL text. 

Example:

Transliteration is the practice of transcribing a word or text written in one writing system into another writing system.

Example:

2.      Example in Hellenic (Greek)

3.      Example in Kanji (Japan)
